Nat Geo Wild and Fox channels are now scrambled....E19

I have been receiving NatGeo Wild and Fox channels for almost last two weeks...from this morning onwards those channels are seen as scrambled. display showing " E19 The service is scrambled" Can any body say what is meant by E19????....Normally for scambled channels "E16" is displayed.....

Happy news to all those who were not getting these three channels....they are now scrambled...so no one can see it until SD decides.
