NAT Type Moderate on Airtel

I was getting a strict NAT in GTA Online, so I couldn't play with my friends. I tried port forwarding, but it didn't work because I was behind CGNAT. So, I bought a static IP from Airtel, and now my NAT type has changed to moderate without port forwarding. However, I still want an open NAT, so I tried port forwarding again, but it is still showing that I have a moderate NAT. How do I open my NAT? my router: ZTE F670LV9.0

You cannot get OPEN NAT on GTA5 unless you dial PPPOE or config the static IP directly on your PC.
In this case, your Airtel Provided router will be in bridge mode (dummy mode).

Note that in such cases, you will not be able to use your connection for your other home use, i.e. wifi/other devices.

For a game like GTA5 which is completely ridden with bad security practices implemented by the dev, this is not recommended at all.

Are you talking about the PUBLIC IP, you are receiving. Is that what you put in your computer?
If your Private and Public Address will show up as the same in GTA Home Page, then you should have open NAT.

If you are absolutely sure that you did the above, then go to Windows Firewall settings (advanced security), action > new rule and add GTAV.exe and the other executables in your game folder to public domain allow.

Although, I'd say it again. This is not recommended at all.

@Lolita_Magnum no i put a private ip on my pc which is 192.168.1.5 and forwarded the required port on my zte router Here is the Settings

@Lolita_Magnum I bought a static IP because I was getting disconnected while playing with my friends. Sometimes I can't even connect with my friends due to the strict NAT. Since i paid extra money for a static ip i except a open nat.

You should not have issues with Moderate NAT (considering that both of yous are on moderate), if you are still getting disconnects, check for packet loss across your friend's IP and yours.

For OPEN NAT, you need to contact Airtel to convert your router to bridge mode (they'd assign a port, usually it is 4). Then you need to remove all wan config from router and put it directly to your computer, while ensure it is directly connected to the port specified.
This is the only way for OPEN NAT. While again, if you still see issues, you might need to check for what I bolded above.

Disable router firewall
Enable alg
And disable ipv6 and enable upnp and then check.
I am getting open nat with static IP on same router (zte that is provided by airtel)
Also use Google/cloudfare dns with static IP wan configuration instead of airtel one.
