Need a new internet Connection!!

Hey Guys!!!I am new to this forum.I currently live in Amritsar(Punjab).I am in a need of a new internet connection.I am willing to pay upto Rs4000 per month.I currently use a bsnl ul750 connection.I download alot of things so i need it to have unlimited usage.Ping rate should be low.Also i need it to be as cheap as possible.I am not buying anything under 2mbps.I checked out bsnl and most of their connections are capped or get slower after some download limit.I checked out BSNL Fibre unlimited plans and i saw a plan with 2mbps bandwidth with unlimited usage for Rs4000.But i really dont know whether i should get a 2mbps connection of that price.Also are there any additional advantages of using FTTH?

Is the service & speed provided by reliance so good.I still cant believe :O
