Need a software by which i can highlight underline on screenshots

Basically I need a software by which i can highlight , underline on the screenshot images and which can display images in sequence like a slide show.Basically screenshots have text and rarely images and i want to underline the text ( or highlight it ) Any good softwares ( free or paid)????

I occasionally use screenshots.so i use windows paint feature. paste the screen shot in paint, highlight or dramlines or adddtext with paint tools. save as JPEG.I dont need any specific application as i dont use screen shots extensively,and i use pwoerpoint to create slideshow.Thanks

That is too lengthy processI need something where i can like highlight and underline easily and on the go or add notes easily.Anybody?????

Isnt Ashampoo Magical Snap 2 the software to take the screenshots? I already have them, i just need to highlight and underline the apparent text in the image files.

It will highlight/underline text in the images, it has lots of features just try it.
