Yes, it would.
No special config required for Tikona. Just set your SSID and wifi password.
Connect to the wifi network using your comp/phone and open the tikona login page in a browser and login. Simple.
In fact on Android 4+, if you connect to the same and if you are not logged in, a notification asking you to login pops up which takes you to the login page on clicking.
