need a wireless internet connection for me suitable for using in hostel (TRIVANDRUM) modem should cost less than 1-2k (less is more preferable).Unlimited plan, which should be very vfm.confused among these:1.BSNL 3Gmodem cost:1600(for 3.6Mbps)but NO UNLIMITED PLAN2.BSNL EVDOmodem cost:1500has unlimited plan (for 750 rs).But dont know whether it gives good speed.Heard that they changed their plan from 550 to 750. So thinking whether buying a second hand EVDO modem will give the same plan? (anybody in this forum willing to sell?) 3. BSNL WIMAXmodem cost:2800(for usb modem)unlimited plan is for 750 somethingheard that they provide reliable speed, but huge price tag for modems.4.ASIANET cableAlthough it is not wireless included in the list because its very cheap.initial cost: approximate 750rs.Provide unlimited plan for 450rs (300kbps)Also has 4mbps plan for 475rs(free surfing 2am-8am)(Using splitter, cable TV can also be viewed)SO WHICH TO CHOOSE??Need suggestions from users regarding the speed,accurate cost,reliability etc.Also anybody willing to sell used modems,(specially in trivandrum)?
