No, I mean link speed like just near the router, right next to it. Can be helpful if you can check because I think TP link archer a6/c6 might do the job for you if you can get decent link speeds with 5GHz.15 - 20 Mbps mostly, sometimes less

There are ceiling mount access points that can do multiple floors below them but I have no experience with them, you can look into them as well since you are looking for vertical range.

That doesn't look bad you might be able to get 500Mbps over 5GHz, no promises on that though. Gotta try it out.
