Need feedback about idea 3g service in kerala

here in trivandrum speed is good, but most of the time showing network busy error (may be because of their network upgradation). now vodafone is also going to launch 3g.
 
Can anyone share their views about IDEA 3G services in kerala... pls....am trying to shift from airtel.....

I have migrated to 3G here in Trivandrum. Once in a while you get good speeds, but other times its connection timed out. I even got a message from them that my internet pack is extended by 2 days, as there was some connection issues last week. Also when you turn the 3G mode on, the signal strength is very weak and even my incoing calls are getting affected. Finally the most pathetic thing is you do not have any option to find out what is your current 3G usage/. I am on the 199 prepaid pack, and have a limit of 500 Mb per month. When I checked with the CC, he said that there is no way to find what data you have used, and the only way is that after your quota your balance will get cut. Guess its time to think of MNP
 
with out usage check i think its a little more risky
