Need feedback on Reliance wireline connection in bangalore

Hi,

I am planning to subscribe for reliance wireline connection 599Thunder plan. I am from Bangalore, near Hanumanthnagar. There are lot of negative comments on connection and service, so if anyone is using reliance wireline connection in bangalore, please advice me about the connection. Thanks in Advance.

Reliance has got only one problem. If its connection does not work then you have to pull them hard to get it rectified. Make local technician your friend and then reliance is unbeatable.
