Need for speed : MTNL Delhi

Hey guys,
Its been one and a half months now since i registered my first complaint with Cust. care ... I am having The 749_NU plan since more than a year now and suddenly my speed was capped to 256 kbps in the first week of april ... i have spoken to the customer care a lot of times .. got at least 5-6 complaint numbers .. the local exchange guy says that they have forward the mail for increasing the speed ... they gave me a phone number and then the person available on that no. gave me another number and this goes on and on ... Iam really confused on what to do now ... plz help :( .. here are my stats:

From the image u showed that was the speed's of the line to u r local exchange .....
I don;t know where u from actually ... u should have some kind of telephone exchange in u r area ....

this is normally done in adsl duplexr on the MTNL exchange .......... if u complain there u can get some help from there .......... these are settings done to 256 ul plan users
One important thing that please be prepared when u hit those guys ... because they say non-scence ....... Be start in saying them ...........
 
^^ yeah .. iam staying in vasant kunj, new delhi .. i have spoken to the exchange ppl a number of times .. they say that the speed sync is not in their hands, its done thru the central server only .. so they mail the request to admin ... i was getting 2mbps before that with a perfectly stable line ... all of a sudden this speed drop is really causing me a lot of pain :( .. the customer care also says that all we can do is giving u a complaint number :-\ ... and as the situation stands right now i dunn see any ray of hope for getting my speed back :(
 
well......if the speed mentioned in the tariff plan for ur plan is upto 2 Mbps ......then definitely its mtnl fault........
if its 256kbps then u cant do more.....!!!

i advice u to check the tariff plan first......

nd if its OK...meet ur Area Manager at ur area's sanchar haat/telephone exchange , u can find ur area's AM name & no. on mtnl's portal
Meet personally & explain the problem......he'll fwd a mail with his e-mail id to the corresponding plan incharge/engineer. After that withing 3 days ur problem will be solved.

Do tell me if ur problem is solved or not.......i hv done the same thing....!!!

As far as the tarrif plan (Trib_749_NU) is concerned its having speeds upto 2mbps and i have this plan since 14-15 months now and i have been getting 2mbps all these months .. suddenly in april my speeds were capped and i've been trying eversince to get my speed back :-\, i had met the area manager and he had said that he mailed my request to the admin in-charge for speed .. this was 2 weeks ago and still the speeds are same :(
