Its been one and a half months now since i registered my first complaint with Cust. care ... I am having The 749_NU plan since more than a year now and suddenly my speed was capped to 256 kbps in the first week of april ... i have spoken to the customer care a lot of times .. got at least 5-6 complaint numbers .. the local exchange guy says that they have forward the mail for increasing the speed ... they gave me a phone number and then the person available on that no. gave me another number and this goes on and on ... Iam really confused on what to do now ... plz help
