need help about setting up voip on microsip on windows computer.

hi all,
i have successfully setup bsnl voip in HG323RGW ONT , voip status says "registered"

i have identified the sip server address to be 10.187.10.200 ( tn.ftthvoip.bsnl.in )

when i ping this ip address in computer cmd, ping is timed out.
if i ping through ONT voice WAN interface on admin panel ping is working.
if i ping through ONT internet WAN interface on admin panel ping is not working.

can somebody tell me how to make this ip address work on computer ? then only i can use microsip i believe?.

i had to change VOICE to VOICE INTERNET then it worked.
