I do have an openwrt router.
About setting up VPN this is the main issue here all vpn are throttled by Jio to only 50% of speeds you are getting without VPN on both 5G and fiber.
Asking an llm only wastes time as it does not provide a working solution

@Lolita_Magnum

Issue with DPI is slow loading web pages despite a good ping, making the experience pathetic.

I understand what DPI is and that it is set up on the ISP servers, not on my ONT. However, DPI is causing issues where certain apps, like Flipkart, stop showing pages like "My Cart" or "Account." Using winws to bypass DPI unfortunately breaks these services entirely.

Regarding Jio throttling WARP: they are limiting speeds from their end. I've noted that Jio now caps speeds at approximately 150Mbps when using Cloudflare WARP, whereas previously, using WARP provided a more stable connection and better speeds.

I mentioned having a rooted ONT to clarify that I can set up any program you suggest directly on the device without needing an additional router in bridge mode. The primary issue remains the DPI-induced slow loading of webpages and video buffering on apps like Hotstar (despite having a plan capable of 4K streaming). Additionally, services like Imgur, Reddit, and X.com often fail to load as if they are being blocked.

If there is a solution to fix this speed throttling on Cloudflare WARP by Jio, it would be extremely helpful, as Cloudflare’s routing is generally excellent.

(I dont think there is any problem that i corrected my grammar using gemini)

About Cloudflare WARP, are you using the native app or WireGuard, and what settings are you respective of each?
If you are using the native app, can you try Cloudflare Teams and set up MASQUE mode instead of the standard WireGuard?

Also, do ensure that any of DPI application you might have installed is removed from system & service.

Wireguard is almost blocked
Using MASQUE(HTTPS VIA TCP) it is throttled like hell
Normal speedtest 300Mbps with warp (over tcp) 55Mbps
Same results for 5G too
