Need help configuring TP-Link ONT XC220-G3V for Hathway Broadband

Recently purchased TP-Link XC220-G3V and unable to configure internet access successfully, did use the PON SN, VLAN, MTU and PPPoE username and password from stock ZTE ONT, TP-Link ONT status shows O5 and also PPPoE shows connected after using above data from ZTE ONT but internet doesn't seem to work on TP-Link XC220-G3V, any inputs and help would be much appreciated

I have a different router (UCG ultra), but iirc, Hathway PPPoE needs servicename in addition to username password. I found a reddit guide for my router. It worked, but the caveat is that i have to do the config again after router restart/ or pppoe config change. Sounded too much of a hassle, and applied for static ip.

Edit: GPON S/N, VLAN on onu, pppoe username/pw/servicename, mac clone on router. This is what I had done. For static ip, it was much simpler, GPON SN +new VLAN on ONU, static IP/gateway +DNS address (worked 1 restart later)

Please post screenshots. Also, can you ping any external ip address e.g 8.8.8.8?

Actually I found that my TP-Link XC220-G3V ONU has a software bug with MAC Address cloning which has so far not been resolved by TP-Link, so I am unable to setup PPPoE connection, but I am able to use Bridge mode and connect
