need help contacting NIB regarding billing

i have posted about this before & now it seems that i have to made a different thread.here is the recap--i applied for home 500 & after my portal id is activated after 5days i login to portal only to find out i have been billed according to home250.i registered my complaint at various places at local exchange & every person after checking his/her record(files & computer) told me i have been given home500 but bsnl portal billing is different.i want to be sure & some persons here said NIB people are the only ones having technical know how & actually run the portal.i suspect that there maybe some mistake at the bsnl's billing center.

Please post a screen shot of your usage page from the portal showing the tariff plan.
 
my portal page is similar to yours essbebe.it does not show the plan you are using.i found out about my plan being billed according to home250 by seeing detailed usage & noticing that for upload/download between 2-8am the amount in front of them is not zero as it should be according to others here who are using home500.

Today is 21st January. Still you did not get your Telephone Bill for Dec 2007 ?? Payment due by 31st Jan How your BB usage is shown in the bill ? How is your BB usage reflected in the Bill ? what is the amount ? Now you have to contact the concerned Accts Officer shown in the bill , if your BB plan is shown wrongly. and you are charged for excess data usage.
 
i got my connection on 24th dec & my username/password activated on 27th dec so i think my bill should come in feb showing those 5 days of dec along with jan.i too got the reply about contacting account officer but still haven't been able to meet him.the main point is every other official i met told me i have got home500 after checking their records.
 
There is a condition which say that one has to take a plan for at least three months. Now within this three months, I think, you may not be able to change your plan.

Problem is He has opted for Home 500.Usage page shows he thinks "home250"
he wants to confirm under which acct he will be billed.
It would be nice if you also use [quote ] [/quote ] ( space not there)
