i have posted about this before & now it seems that i have to made a different thread.here is the recap--i applied for home 500 & after my portal id is activated after 5days i login to portal only to find out i have been billed according to home250.i registered my complaint at various places at local exchange & every person after checking his/her record(files & computer) told me i have been given home500 but bsnl portal billing is different.i want to be sure & some persons here said NIB people are the only ones having technical know how & actually run the portal.i suspect that there maybe some mistake at the bsnl's billing center.
