Need help in sending notice to TATA DOCOMO

Dude you are new to this forum....and when you are at the receiving end you cant control....

Even though i am in a different state/city, I completely feel your pain and frustration.
I have raised one critical network related compliant in Tata Docomo.
The compliant is open since one week, all my escalation attempts are going to deaf ears.
Nodal Office, Appellate Authority are outright dysfunctional.
I am still suffering with the problem.

What to do, many of friends and relative are only in Tata.
Switching to Tata Indicom also an expensive affair.
I don't know what else i can do about this problem.

One of worst network and company to deal with. They are corrupt, not dedicated to customers or their problems. All that they need is your money. Companies like TATA DOCOMO is national shame.
