Need Help on BSNL ADSL Broadband ---> Not getting Speed / Bandwith

Hi need some help I got BSNL BB with 4M speed, but i i get a speed of around 500Kbps to 2Mbps. I been struggling with BSNL but still not positive output. At times LINK is up but there is no IP / DNS assigned .My phone line have not disturbance. BSNL says you line is clear and parameters a good.I am using TP-Link W8901G modem My stats are Downstream Upstream SNR Margin: 6.5 8.2 dbLine Attenuation: 52.0 31.0 dbData Rate: 6598 1006 kbpsMax Rate: 7336 1014 kbpsCRC: 219 0 I get a lot of CRC errors in Downstream

Your line stats are quite bad. I', sorry to say that BSNL gave you wrong info.Check the wiring at home. Try removing any extensions & see if connectivity improves.Or try changing your plan to a slower speed. A lower sync rate might improve connectivity.

Just ask the line to give a clean line. No joints, parts without insulation etc.
