Need help regarding channels

I have been seeing for the last one week, i am getting only 97 channels. If i scan for the channels, there are times when i would get 96 channels and sometimes 116 channels. I am using Dish Maxi connection. I have tried to reset the settings to default. This has happened after it started raining in chennai. When i contacted cc, they said i need to change the position of the dish. Does anyone have the same problem?

well try & scan ur tv on a clear day..i hope u vil get all the channels..u mite not be gettin them due to bad weather..

well might be due to bad weather you will not be able to get all channels just try to retune all channels and i hope you will definitely get all channels....even i have suffered same problem few days back due to heavy rain but as weather clears i have just retune channels and i will be able to see all channels.
