i have recently ported to docomo mumbai circle i need frc plans for the same and enquire abt 3g services

Call customer care I.e. 198 and ask whatever u want...

If you are a ported customer then you will get 1.2p/2Sec plan by default with plan validity 60 Days.
BTW, Tata Docomo doesn't have 3G services in Mumbai Circle...
