Need help regarding ping times from someone who has excitel fibre especially in lucknow

Hi guys. I am in lucknow and am considering switching to excitel fibre as my current ISP is having some ping issues ti european servers and as a gamer i literally only care about ping. Guys please can someone link me their ping tests to european servers (like frankfurt, amsterdam, ireland, sweden etc) . It would really be nice if a guy from lucknow can show me that but all excitel users are welcome to share it because I don't think the ping is effected too much as long as you have the same ISP(correct me if i'm wrong).

Pings are dependent on location. Even if its the same isp.

For example- people in north India get like 85-90 ms ping to sgp. People in south India get below 70 ping (source- me and my csgo friends)

I can tell you my pings( lucknow should be +- 10%, if there are no routing issues)

These are for csgo servers
India west 25-30 (Mumbai most likely)
India east 50-60 (Chennai most likely)
Dubai 40-45
Sgp 85-90
EU west 120-150 (?Germany?Poland)
EU north 150-180 (?Netherlands?Sweden)
Uk 180+
Spain 180+
Na west 220+
Na east 250+
Brazil/South America 350+
