Need help to use tata sky and cable on same television

Earlier, the technology was new and many were getting exposed for the first time. The DTH service was growing fast, subscriber base was also expanding fast and many had genuine queries on use, channels, stb, technology and day to day problems. Now the conditions are different. All have more knowledge, all are real experts and technology related doubts/problems are virtually nil. Only dissatisfied and disgruntled members old and new - are active and are happy to use vile language to bash and protest. The humour and light bantering is missing; the tech-savy would have found new areas where the discussions will be more interesting to learn and contribute.I hope the wild accusation of branding one as an employee or CC executive, just because he puts forward his experiences and views favourably, is highly unfair.

For me problem was (is) not talking about or in favour of product, it somehow still contributes to views about the product, but main concern was about getting off-topic, putting personal discussions & whereabouts in each & every thread due to which the usefull post was getting completely lost, so I criticised several times (and may be for this reason, some real experts have stopped posting)

Nothing wrong in talking for or against a product; it can be answered.Anyway experts like you will willingly clarify technical queries and when these are exhausted move on to greener pastures. And revisit occassionally out of curiosity to see how things are. Little bit of off topic is normally between two individuals who get carried away; it is wise to ignore those postings.
