Hello @R37R0_Bunny I'm not sure if your Router contains correct Firmware Version.
This issue looks like Problem with CSS on the router's website (192.168.1.1 or 192.168.0.1)
Try to upgrade your Firmware and see if it fix it or Try to Factory Reset your Modem and try it.
This issue can only be fixed by this method only. You can contact your Router Manufacture too by visiting there website and contact there customer support for more appropriate answer.
