so i might go for reliance since i have no other isp in my area , mtnl no slots available , no airtel , shitty tikona that i wont take , no hathway , no nothing.
currently using local net who buys bandwidth from major telcos. connection is unstable though pings are great.
anyways if i go for reliance they will most likely give me connection through wimax ( coz thats the only thing works in my area . 0 wired internet as of now )

so can anyone give reviews , in terms of -
1 ) how many downtimes in a month
2) how much time do they take to fix the issue ( customer service that is )
3) how is their speed? like is it continuous? ( if i monitor my connection from task manager it goes from 1mbps to 256 kbps then back to 1 mbps) .
4) is port forwarding possible?
5-) how much upload do you get ( ex if u are on thunder 1099)
6) and can you guys ping these servers? these are dota 2 servers

go for anything but mtnl, high loss, frequent disconnections, high latencies since november 2015. Disconnections were fixed around a week back after months of complaint. Pings to indian cs go servers are still high (MM server picker shows 50-60 ms, in game the ping usually rises to 80-100 ms range). still have random loss spikes.

khanpur , its near saket . the box that they have in my block is full . no more free slots for new connections and obviously they wont put up a new box just for 1 new connection

why go with wimax if pings are paramount? Have you checked with siti broadband ?
