Need Some Advice

Hello thereI subscribed to the 150 channel pack of adtv this june and paid in advance for the full year.Initially everything was fine, but now there are some problems.Channel no 468-lumiere and channel no 471- bbc entertainment always appears to be blank. there is no message shown on the screen like 'no signal' or 'channel unauthorised'. It just appears blank. why is that so? its been like this for the past two weeks. Before that they were coming up fine.Please help

Channel no 468 lumiere has stop transmission permanently so no more lumiere channel , may be asianet digital does not know about this, channel 471 bbc ent may be off due to some technical problem or some other channel will be coming in that place
