Hi everyone,
I booked a new Jio AirFiber connection yesterday and paid ₹2,222 upfront.
Today, I spoke with the installation engineer and also did some research online. My main requirement was Bridge Mode so I could use my own router/firewall. The engineer confirmed that Bridge Mode is not supported, and everything I found online says the same.
Because of this, I no longer want the connection and would like to cancel the order before installation and get a full refund.
Has anyone here successfully cancelled a Jio AirFiber order before installation?
I'd like to know:
Thanks in advance for any suggestions or experiences.

I'd like to know:
- What is the fastest way to get the refund?
- Is calling customer care enough, or should I also send an email?
- Which email IDs should I contact (JioFiber Care, Nodal Officer, Appellate Authority)?
- How long did your refund take?
- Any tips to avoid unnecessary delays or follow-ups?
Thanks in advance for any suggestions or experiences.
