Need urgent help with a new connection

It's been working great, but the only flaw I can think of is the data cap limit, that makes me think twice before downloading a completely random huge media file or even a huge steam game for the matter, that I'll probably won't end up watching or playing.

Is there any way to check the data usage? I tried the Airtel Thanks app even the web, but nothing shows up and it just says 'unlimited'.

The page loads, but it says "transaction error".
And "GBOD100: Your transaction could not be completed. Please try after some time."
 
This is only way working for now.
If you don't have multiple connections then try chat support on my Airtel app. Just type data usage.
 
As regards checking the usage - try installing this airtel app from google playstore

airtel XStream Fiber. It has the option of checking data usage at the bottom left corner.
Shows total data and balance available.

You might have to register for an account though. Use the same RMN as that for
your broadband connection as they send an OTP.
