Need Urgent Help with first Bill

Hello,

Following is my bsnl ftth first bill, in this i have charged for two months as you can see, I have not taken any ONT device as I have it already from my previous bsnl ftth connection. Please tell me is this bill correct ? why i am being charged for a month in advance?

Hello There,
Your BSNL FTTH new connection bill is correct. It doesn't add-up any additional charges in it (except Security Deposit which will be refund by reduced bill next time)

Regarding Why advance is taken? BSNL plans are all postpaid. You have to pay for the Plan after getting it installed and working.
One-Time Deposit will be refunded in the next bill (by getting reduced bill amount from the existing plan)

You are using your own ONT and it is not getting charged in bill by any means from the provided photo.

Can i know how much installation charges it took you to get BSNL FTTH without getting Modem (only wiring and setup charges including processing fees)
