Hehe, buying players from all over the world will only get you that much.If you are looking for consistency look ManU....the have get a well-gelled team with good players who may not be the world's best.Looka t Lyon in the Frecn league they also have a similar team like tat of ManU and look at their success... they have been breaking records after records

I can see where you are coming from but that doesn't make manure and lyon any better. Manure have had a large income since the time the premier league was born in 1990s which was based on their huge support and success. So earlier it was a case of all the top players preferring manu over any other club in england which made it easy for them to win trophies as they already had a good manager in fergie. Olympique lyon is a similar story as they have been winning Le championnat five years in a row and are now one of the top clubs in europe. So again all promising french players will be looking to go to lyon to make a step up in their career.That indirectly helps lyon as they will always have superior players. And they do have a lot of money. Chelsea have spent ridiculous amounts on players but you have to give credit to mourinho and his inflated ego. Arsenal supporters like me and fans of manure and liverpool will feel pissed and rightly so. But you also have to accept that without chelsea , the epl would not be this competitive. Look at clubs like portsmouth and bolton , they are challenging for a place in the UEFA cup and have an outside chance of a 4th place finish. Chelsea have raised the bar in the epl.

@mahaakal, i too am a Arsenal fan yaar. Wat u said about Manu and Lyon are true to some extent. But they have been playing top flight footbal for the better part of the last decade
