Net problems and phone line dead since 2 days

My net doesn't work after 11-12 pm, and this happens everyday. Phone line is also dead since 2 days. Anyone else facing these problems?

This is not really something I would generally associate Airtel with

It happens everyday and my phone line is also dead since 3 days. My net stops working after 7-8pm, and starts working after 7am. I don't understand why its happening. Registered a complaint from my mobile. Lets see if they fix it. The stupid post FUP redirect message which comes 10 times atleast alone makes me wanna hate Airtel, along with the low FUP overpriced plans, and now this problem. Airtel is getting even more crappy everyday

They fixed it for now, and my phone line is working too
