NetExpress - never buy

I am from Chennai.. I wanted to go for a wired broadband connection and got to know about NetExpress. The marketing guys called me almost every morning to fix an appointment, I thought I ll give it a try. The marketing guys came home to explain the plans and I chose for 2mbps unlimited for 1139₹. The initial charge including installation was around 2700₹, after payment as promised by the marketing guy the installation was supposed to happen in next 2-3 days. But it didn't happen for more than a week and more over no response from any of them. Tried calling the same guy N no of times he would never attend calls, no response in the customer care and even in sales. Once when I got the call attended after 3-4 days of struggle I demanded for a refund. They were too rude in saying that I ll not get my money back and I felt trapped paying for the plan and installation. I had no choice other than demanding for a quick installation, the reason they gave for delay in installation was pathetic. The person who spoke to me as a manager said he didn't have cables in stock, Netexpress used coaxial cables which is easily available in market. After a long struggle I got it installed n now I have no response even if I face issues. The internet wouldn't get connected for days, I have tried contacting their customer care and in all numbers I found for Netexpress. None of them attends or responds to calls.. I could say this is heights of irresponsibility and pathetic service.. I am using this still just because I have paid for this service its just been a month and I am a victim of this shitty service of Netexpress. Please dont go for Netexpress you will end up wasting your money, time and more over get frustrated too.
