Guys, this is the most bizarre issue I have experienced and I have spent the better part of the week trying to fix it. Netflix works fine if I am directly connected to my ISP router wirelessly but acts up when wirelessly connected to any point in the connected mesh network.

My home setup is as follows: I have a Google Nest mesh setup with a single router and 2 access points. The Nest router is connected via ethernet directly to my ISP router and broadcasts the mesh network on a different SSID. All devices connect to this SSID.

Everything was fine until Netflix suddenly stopped working a week ago. I kept getting the "Unable to connect to the Netflix server" error and was unable to log in on any device. After a lot of debugging I found that this error goes away when I access Netflix through my ISP router directly. After successfully logging in through the ISP router I tried browsing the catalog back on my mesh network and the thumbnails were not loading and it was acting up again.

I narrowed it down to some backend netflix servers (.nflxso.net/) which aren't accessible through my mesh network but are through my ISP router.

This is so baffling that it happened all of a sudden. I have reset and rebooted all the devices many times and just cannot figure out what the problem is. I have tried using a regular router in place of the Nest mesh system and I still face the same issue connecting to Netflix through it.

Why is this one extra hop causing a problem? Please help!

I guess it is ipv6 issue. ISP router is unable to delegate ipv6 to your router and access points. You can try two things - 1) Setting up ipv6 pass-through mode in your router and enable ipv6 prefix delegation in ISP router, 2) another option is to disable ipv6 completely in all the nodes (your router and APs) as well as in ISP router.

Run a Wireshark test, and check for tcp retransmission errors or your device constantly sending client hello but is failing to complete the handshake...
Also check the same with banking websites.

Hay,
I am using my TP-Link Archer C80 with EasyMesh, working perfectly fine. I have Adguard Home for serving as DNS (Only IP4) and DHCP4.

Don't disabled anything in your JioFiber Router, treat it as Internet Gateway.
