Netflix is messed up on Excitel Broadband today

@Sushubh Is that over a VPN? I'm talking about what Netflix sees as organic traffic from Indian IPs without a VPN. Also that figure is a few months old and may have changed completely.

I don't want to thread jack but is there a way to set a signature on here?

I alone use about 250 gigs of Netflix a month. lol

Well then you are a heavy user my friend. More traffic is great for them. They'll get moar capacity.

Netflix has completely blocked VPNs for about a year now. Some Indian ISPs have signed up for Netflix's CDN. They don't have any capacity issues.

@Zaphod I never said they did. As far as I remember, they didn't peer/have cache nodes some months back.

Their presence in India is considerably small.

Maybe they still don't see the potential that this market is having, when speaking about Entertainment and watching movies... although their content is far from enough.


Also I was wondering how many would prefer paying to get such content?
