After many trials and tribulations, I got the app on my STB last evening. A technician was over to check another issue. He helped by sending the STB MAC address to a person he knew in the back end, and they pushed the update.
Has anybody in Diamond+ annual plan received the Netflix banner in MyJio to activate the subscription? I had recharged for the annual plan in March and have not yet received the Netflix subscription banner.
I rarely switches on stb.
Yesterday it installed .
It's on loop (updating > ads > welcome screen)
Then after 5th time, i switched off and on after seeing main screen.
From then on it never happened.

I raised a complaint with the Jio Fiber customer care on Saturday. Received the Netflix update today. Picture quality is the same. No issues with colour or HDR or anything.
