Netflix performance on Reliance Jio?

Now getting 1 Mbps on fast.com but am not getting more than 480 resolution.

I can hardly watch a youtube video, forget netflix.

Just checked FAST.com, I got 160kbps once and 300kbps second time.

What kind of 4G Internet is this? I fail to understand.
