Hi,I have been using Netgear for some months now (Mac on this forum helped me to set it up
). Yesterday, out of no-where the internet stopped working, the light on "i" which used to turn green now stays amber. I have tried to reset the netgear as well as Beetle 220BX modem but nothing worked. Still getting the amber light. And unfortunately the complaint number 198 is (was) busy for over 3 hours. I would really appreciate if anyone could help me out.Thanks in advance.
