Go to the internet settings on TP-Link in advanced mode, then show us everything.
Make sure MAC is correct as well.

Pls note there would be multiple Mac addresses on the device ie for each interface. The best way to get the right one would be to go to the BSNL self-care portal, check the usage logs and there it would show the mac address.

Is there an option to see debug logs? Info logs wouldn't have the required details. Pls check the config and set the log level to debug level.

Okay, verify the mac that you cloned is same as the one showed on the self-care portal usage logs.
