This time I disagree with the union. Where were the union people when they were not listening to customers and having that sarkaari attitude?
If behaviour & knowledge is insufficient then guy should be suspended/fired. Who agrees?
I hope this type of strictness happens to each and every place of BSNL.

EU is to protect it’s own employees, they don’t care about customers!

You can't just blame employees also ,where were these managers few years ago ,Now blaming everything on the other employees/staffs .Few of the GMs should also be suspended for unable to run this organization.
And we can't rule out the GOVT. role in all these who has been pro-corporate since many years. And believe sending in a revival package will solve all these issues.

Believe it or not ,People are more corrupt and unorganized than any govt ever formed ,As we are the ones who votes for them.
