I wonder who keeps making these dumb plans for us. If they keep sidelining the IPTV users, i guess i gotta just ditch this and go back to only broadband connection with Airtel.
I had asked for bill plan change to IPTV 1199 plan on 18th and it has not happened yet and today is my first day of the billing cycle.I asked for TV channels list and timeshift channels list on 6th and I haven't got the channels list as well. They raise a request, when the request end date arrives, they close the request and raise a new one saying it was under the wrong category. By now they have closed 3 requests and they have given me the 4th request. It just show how unorganized they have become---------------------Gopichand Pai

Do let us know if you cross the 10gb limit and they throttle you to 256kbps. 256 is too slow seriously, at least make it 1mbps after 10gb or like 512kbps! 256kbps is just not acceptable ~_~ dumb airtel. Their customer care doesn't even care... keeps saying they are not the ones who set the plans but management. This is what happens when you let a "Business" person make tech related decisions, for them 10 gb is more then enough to browse the web and check their emails. Pisses me off :/

So has no one tried the new plans,I really wanted 2Mbps speed, but ofcourse not with 10GB limit,as of now IPTV plans are still not under the FUP as my 1Mbps plan easily exceeds the limit by triple.
