I am from wayanad, kerala. I am planning to take a broadband connection. I have one PC in my home and newly brought a laptop too. laptop having wi-fi. Which modem will be more suitable. I am planning to buy the modem. Is it advisable to get from BSNL? ANy idea about rate of these modems?
Thanks for your reply.Yes .. i saw that link even before.there are four types of modems avail with BSNL. I think type IV will suite best. My question is that Is it advisable to buy from BSNL?or can we buy from outside? I heard that BSNL will give modems which avail with them. They won't allow US to choose.And especially in rural areas, they supply only type 1 modems. is that correct?
