He already mentioned it freezes in the bios and you won't be able to get any info by looking a frozen screen.

Never assemble PC urself unless you are an expert in that. Why try to save 100-200Rs?I am sure its some hardware issue. Either hardware is faulty or not plugged in loosely.

UPDATE : I ran a gparted live CD and checked for memory errors, After 3 hours of testing it says No errors :DSo, I booted my pc in gparted live and reformated all the drives, Looks like they are good. Now, I've removed the GPU, using 1 ram stick and replaced the CMOS battery, Windows is being installed atm. :D :DI'll post back IF it finishes without any error.

I have tried two - three versions of windows and everytime in mid of installation I'm getting this error. Saying "Files are missing or incomplete" [h=1]0x80070003[/h] What the hell in this world I'm supposed to do?

Are you downloading different versions of Windows and creating installation media yourself?

First version I downloaded from technet.com (official microsoft version), made a bootable usb using Windows 7 USB/DVD Download Tool - Free software downloads and software reviews - CNET Download.com, same error.

Second version I torrented and downloaded from link-removed, Used a different USB, Made it bootable using diskpart method : Install Windows 7 Or Windows 8 From USB Drive/Pen Drive

No luck yet. :/

If you have any secondary PC then check the setup on it.I have seen people facing this issue and most of the time the problem was with the DVD burner.Since you are using a complete different way i.e the USB installation, I would suggest you to check the setup by installing it on a different PC or a Virtual Machine.
