Not sure what/how these pllans are structured and look cumbersome. For instance

Plan NameMonthly ChargesDownload SpeedFree Data UsageAdditional Data Usage Charges
Bullet 1111 Rs. 1111 2 Mbps up to 250 GB 33 GB Rs. 18 per GB till 250 GB and Unlimited free at 1Mbps afterwards

So if I try to read the above, for 1111/month, I will get 2MBPS Unlimited till 250GB FUP/month and thereafter, @1MBPS unlimited but what is the meaning of 33 GB free data usage, what is 250 GB then? completely confusing plans by MTNL.

Download speed will be 2Mbps till 250 GB usage.
However, After 33GB usage each download GB will be charged @ Rs.18/GB.

I think it means

At 1111/ month we get 2 Mbps till 250GB. But you can use only 33GB and then from 33GB to 250GB, you pay Rs 18 Per GB of usage upto 250 Rs. If you even exhaust that, then you continue on 1 Mbps till month end.
Basically
Plan Price: 1111 Rs
Say you consume entire 250GB: Rs. 18 * (250-33) = 3906

Final price you pay at the end of month = 3906 + 1111 = 5017

In short its Monthly Charges could be between Rs.1111 to Rs. 5017 depending on monthly download
FUP Limit 250 GB
Download Speed Till 250GB is 2Mbps

For this much money it should have been faster.

I read someone had posted a chart where if you opt for ADSL 8 MBPS Rs. 1050 plan, you can download up to 28 GB with 8 Mbps speed in 8 hrs and after that, you can still download up to 242 GB at 1 Mbps speed for the remaining 29.3 days. So, theoretically, one can download 270 GB of it continuously and still pay Rs. 1050.
I think it means
Final price you pay at the end of month = 3906 + 1111 = 5017

Don't forget to add 12.5% service tax on that amount

5017 + 627 = 5644

Hence these bullet plans are pointless and they are merely to fool gullible first timers. Thankfully we have/had some bright lads on this forum.
