I see installation is free for 799 plan whether we can downgrade the plan on day 1 itself

As I know they charge Advance rental for 3 Months for Free installation, which means you have to pay an advance payment for 3 months. if you change or downgrade the plan the Advance payment/ rental will lapse and you have to pay again. You must wait for 3 months for a plan change.

499 plan with 6 months advance payment also gives free installation.

yes you can change the plan after installation. advance rental for 3 months doesn't have any discounts so it doesn't matter. the paid amount remains in your balance and plan amount will be deducted accordingly.
