Hi

I got BSNL FTTH connection yesterday.
They charged me Rs.500 + Rs.300 (additional for their work)
I bought the modem. (TP-Link 220gv3)

1. I received a message from BSNL. It contains my landline number, VOIP password and BB user ID
The service provide, who installed BSNL is asking me this message. Is it okay to share these details?

2. I installed MYBSNL app in iPhone. I used my mobile number and email address to register.
After register, I logged in to the app. Now, I need to add new account.

Service Type : I choose FTTH
Nick Name : I typed myname
Phone No: I tried my landline number with and without std code. (without any gap)

But i am not able to add the account.
(Please check the phone number or Connection may be closed)
Why?

You will get your BSNL Fiber information through Mail which contain Customer ID and other information, You need to put-up that information while adding new account and it will be done.

Looks like your Landline Number is not activated currently. It will take 24 hours to get your number registered in BSNL Database after that you will be able to add account in your MyBSNL App.

I got my BSNL FTTH connection activated on 28th Dec. I couldn't add it to BSNL app until 1st bill was raised (5th Jan 2024). Patience.:D
