New Hathway connection (128Kbps)

Hi,I have taken hathway 128Kbps which is Rs 505 per month( including taxes), i live in Orlem Malad west.The installation will take a week.:thumbsup:

I've same and installed in 3 days at scruz, good follow up for installation by hathway, good speed avg 14-16KBytes/s But I'm facing technically problem & support from them as my VOIP is failing the register the SIP be it a vonage or other. Any idea why this problem though they say have not blocked any ports...

Their Post-paid plans are a big humbug. In reality it is pre-paid. They take the full money in advance under the garb of deposit. Recently I subscribed to the 256 kbps Unlimited package, and they not only took the prorata amount for the current month, but also the full amount for the next quarter (it was quarterly package). I am planning to discontinue with Hathway after this quarter ends. I'll switch to MTNL's 5gb/mth @2Mbps package for Rs.749. 5 gb is enough for me as anyways I have more or less downloaded whatever music and ebooks i wanted for this lifetime

After a month i got my connection of Hathway 128Kbp, yes the speed is around 14-KBytesjust one question ...on internetfrog.com it shows download speed of about 40kbps...but in reality when i download i get abound 14kbps.

Previously I paid 1124 rupees for 3 moth 128 subsricption . Now it has increased to 1500 something. anyway i am not changing my ISP
