New Jio Fiber Connection

Outside our building jio underground chamber was installed about 3-4 years ago.Now I required fiber so I booked Jio fiber on website. A local Jio technician told me that your building hasn't received a line for connection etc... Force me to buy JIO Air FIBER.

But I want JIO FIBER don't air FIBER. They said it will take 1 month to install S2 box approval etc.. after a month they said your building doesn't get the connection. You need to buy air FIBER.

What can I do now??

Avoid air fiber like the plague - please read this forum other threads about so many people complaining.

@Maheta Deep If Local JIO Technician not able to get JIO Fiber connection into your building, You can Mail to JIO for more detailed response from them. You can use Mail/X/JIO Customer Support for this.

Don't buy JIO Air Fiber because you will get same experience as that of 4G/5G Network with a bit improved speed that's it. (Just a Scam to grab money)

@Maheta Deep Don't ever go for air fiber. Just use 5G if you can. You can search for Air Fiber scam on YouTube & you'll find how many issues are there. Avoid it and try to contact higher ups for connection (which are equal to dead in Jio).

@Maheta Deep You are unlucky this time. If Jio Fiber is not providing service for you, You can OPT for any other ISP available in your locality. Always get reviews from old customers before purchasing any ISP.

Jio is pushing air fiber too much. If you inquire for fiber on their app or site and it's not available. A auto installation request for air fiber gets registered, then the sales guy tries to convince you. But fortunately it's easy to deny.
