Believe me I can't remember any downtime on my connection ( excluding that sea line breaking incident )
Airtel Rocks !!! :yahoo:  :yahoo: :thumb:
Yes, Airtel rocks.
I was also a proud Airtel BB user in Agra.

I can confirm on that Airtel does rock. With my experience any problem [I have had 2 problems in total with Airtel in I think >5yrs now] average fixing time is less than 12 hours.
Reliance, I was with Reliance - at that time they had a reputation of cheating their customers by overbilling.
So Yes Airtel Rocks, and I dont mind to may a little extra for the Fantastic Service they provide.

i have used reliance broadband before but that too just for a month coz they had a downtime of almost 10days and after that i switched over to airtel and have been using it for more than a year and hardly had any down time.

wats a downtime btw..?does that mean the time these ppl(service providers) take for maintenance like updating the usage details portals...??enlighten..

Airtel is cheaper for serious users, not for people who only check mails and use Messengers
Not to mention, Airtel does give free calls with its packages as well.
And best way to find out who is better, just ask any Airtel Broadband Customer, when was the last time they had downtime :ohyea:
Airtel Flat fee plans are still priced at rS. 849 (256 Kbps) and above..and that too with fair usage policy. Tata's are even worse.
Reliance 649 plan is something which is really fit for all ie heavy downloaders and net surfers.
