TATA's)&,Airtel (I know at least 3, i think Reliance also has one, but not sure) . The other operators lease bandwidth from these 3. I am sure Airtel can shell out cash and buy Bandwidth from BSNL/VSNL/Reliance. But these stingy people won't do that.
