New Reliable Mixer Grinder Recommendation

Hi - Our 31 years old Sumeet Mixer Grinder developed a problem recently. I have located a nearby shop to get it repaired. But venturing out is still a problem in these times.

We also have a new Morphy Richards grinder mixer but it is not great (makes weird noises) and has poor quality parts. The 'legs' at its bottom are already falling apart.

So I am in the market for a new mixer grinder machine (>= 750 watts for dry haldi grinding). Have you found a mixer grinder machine which is reliable?

Preethi's ZODIAC series are great, also consider mixer grinders from Bosch, they are great, personally using preethi mixers and they were great

The Zodiac 2.0 seems to have very few minor changes like some preset grinding modes, both models have the same vega W5 750 watt motors, so there is no point in paying 5k extra just for those preset grinding features, Also try some offline stores, I got my preethi steele for just 4000 on an offline store two months back.

Sujata is great as well, saw it being used everywhere at Juice Stalls and other similar shops and decided to replace our 24 year old Usha Lexus JMG with Sujata 900W Powermatic Plus. Has been going strong with 0 issues for the past 1 year. Build Quality is great for both the Mixer and the Jars.

This video shows that it can even grind haldi (turmeric). Crazy good.

We don't want the juicer stuff. So perhaps Sujata Dynamix DX Mixer Grinder / Sujata SuperMix SM Mixer Grinder models might be better for me?

Yupp, all variants have the same 900W Mixer, only difference is in the jars that are bundled so you can choose any of the variants as per your requirement.

Don't look for anything apart sujata. It can grind anything in seconds. It might appear to be a bit expensive but it is worth the price. The motor is super awesome. All parts are modular and easily available in market. Even you can get jars separately. But you can not beat the quality of sujata.

Sumeet's noise is pretty OK, hence my interest in getting it repaired and internally rebuilt if possible.
