I'm not a fan of reliance's service but you could always ask around your neighborhood.

Then get BSNL Much better than reliance anyway. (except for plans that is)

A big no to bsnl bro previously i was on bsnl there service support sucks if any technical problem occur they use to take 5-10 days to fix it up will try to reliance

imo, if you use the right channels, bsnl support can be quite nice
