New triband connection

Hye,I had applied for a new triband connection four months ago and i haven't got it still. When i lodged a complaint i came to know that the ports are not available. Now i don't have any other isp in my area. The non-availability of ports is taking too loong:wall:. Perhaps the authorities might be lazy enough. Or who knows they may be giving fake reasons. Can any one help me with this prolem ? Please tell me who to contact in this case. Is there anybody in Mumbai who has received a new triband connection during the last four months. Please reply ...:madness:

my friend in bldg received triband connections 4 days ago..recheck again to see whether ports are available again
