No Epg Upgrade on Airtel DTH?

I got a message on 1st may regarding epg upgrade.The message was that keep your stb on stand by mode for 7 days,your epg is going to upgrade.But till now no upgradation in my stb.I had emailed a lot of times to adtv and also call many times,but my problem has not been solved....Please solve my problem..thanks...
